Amazingly kind staff, unique location next to Union Square, many walkable restaurants and San Francisco. Nice interior, spotless bathroom, luxurious room. We loved the American breakfast that was perfect.

It was excellent place for one night. Incredibly convenient location to fisherman's wharf. The staff were terrific and check-in was fast. Service was GREAT in the touristic hotel.

Corteous staff, absolutely superb breakfast, hospitable service. Marvellous view, a nice balcony, amazing bed, too. Pool area is excellent, loved this place. Very central location, at a medium distance from chinatown.

Lovely little place, good sized beds, attentive staff. The beach was beautiful. Moreover, it was 3 km from pier 39. Decent opulent room. The gardens were quiet here.

My really amazing experience in San Francisco. The Irish bar was large, loved this place. An accommodating service and perfect breakfast. Unique location and great value for money contrasted with other options.

The bathroom I had was nasty.

Silent room, great value for money. The staff was diligent, the beds were lovely, and the breakfast was delightful. You could walk to a supermarket and shopping centres. Pleasant view of city. The pool was good and the garden - lovely.

Well, the bathroom was a bit tired and Wi-Fi was very poor.

We were moved to an superior queen room and had a flat-screen TV and a study table. The location was fantastic. Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from chinatown.

beds just nice. we were not far from some of our favorite spots such as union square. overall we liked our stay and do recommend. free wifi was a welcome feature.

The hotel was placed just 1 mile from oracle park. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. Nob Hill neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
